The room was really clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a great location, close to an underground. The staff were all friendly and we were able to store our luggage on the last day.

Pleasantly surprised and the staff went over and above even printed off boarding passes for a connecting flight. Location is great and easy walking distance to Earls Court underground where the District Line can take you straight to Westminster for tourist traps.

Staff very friendly and helpful, great location and value for money. Bathroom a little small and tired but functional. It was very hot and a large fan was placed in the room which we were very grateful for.
