My stay at LHA London was truly fantastic and made my business trip all the more enjoyable. The staff, including the management team, were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. The quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London—whether for business or leisure

The staff at the reception and in the kitchen were really helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was good. The location is great for the price, almost right next to Kensington Gardens, down the street is tube and bus station, and near are shops and places to eat. Lots of shelves and a big closet to put stuff away, also a sink in the room is a bonus.

It is a very nice place, kind, welcoming, helpful people: management and staff, superb location, nice, tasty food and everything you could possibly need: I liked having a sink and a fridge in the room, also, good wi-fi conection.
