We read the reviews before booking and we thought it can't be that bad and people are overreacting. We found out that the reviews are mostly spot on. However, it was good for a two night stay and it made getting to Heathrow easier. The bathroom was bigger than average but the room was small. The location was convenient to get to Heathrow and there are shops close by. The first impression was really bad, but the staff really are helpful and quick to react and fix it, so that improved our overall impression.

The room was clean and it was a cheap price for London. The room was small but we accepted that we had paid a very low price. Beds were comfortable.

The room and bed sheets were clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The room had cups, toiletries and enough towels for everyone. We also had a free upgrade to our room. The location was good, within walking distance to the tube station. When booking the hotel, the price was very competitive and after staying, I can confirm, that it was good value for money for 4 people.
