Please note: We are currently renovating our lobby; therefore, the Front Desk has been relocated. Entrance to the hotel is now through the doors on Waterloo Street.Please note that only one elevator will be unavailable from the 26th of July 2023 until the 31st of March 2024. During this period, guests will have access to the service elevator.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

The staff were amazing right from the valet outside, to Earl at the front desk who was extremely welcoming and friendly and even offered to upgrade us since we were celebrating my wife's birthday, he went above and beyond. The lounge staff were also extremely welcoming and helpful and we look forward to staying here again.

The hotel was very agreeable. We had a good room with two double-beds and a large bathroom. Breakfast was a la carte but it arrived promptly and was filling.

Overall location of the hotel was good for my work purpose. Rooms were large but had run out of hot water on day 4 of my stay which caused me missing an important work meeting.
