The service was personalized. The host was always prompt in answering calls and responded swiftly to my requirements. I could see them going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. For instance my booking came in late on the day; but they responded smoothly. On check out day, my flight was a later flight, they allowed me to keep my luggage for a bit longer till my travel time to the airport.; all done in good spirits.They understand what service is all about. Mr Rammy was a super host.

Firstly, the host was excellent and was patient and welcoming despite the fact that we turned up late for the check in process.The location of the property was good and very close to the DLR train services into London, etc. The place look well maintained and had all the facilities required for our stay as detailed on the booking page. These were all in top condition as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return as and when necessary.
