The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The log burner was easy to light and the radiators heated the place up very quickly, despite the snow!

There Forge cottage was beautiful. It had everything we needed for our weekend away. It's situated in the most beautiful countryside, with plenty of places to visit. At the time of our visit, they were resurfacing the road, but the caretakers made sure we could easily assess our cottage without any fuss. We will definitely be returning at sometime in the future.
