The location, the rooms and the bar/restaurant that belonged the hotel, serving excellent breakfast. The only cumbersome part was the phone based key cards but it doesn’t affect the overall opinion of our stay. The bar/restaurant manager, Dario, delivered a top service, both friendly and helpful at all times.

The breakfast was perfect! Good coffee, the ingredients were fresh and tasteful. The staff were kind and the hospitality was great.

There is no person available at reception but all questions or issues were answered/handled immediately. 👍 Bed was very comfortable, I would prefer a higher or additional pillow. Big comfortable bathroom and great job of cleaning personal! 👍 Eating breakfast downstairs at the Piazza Grande, seating on the sunny side was great! 👍 Location perfect! Our room had no view, which means the window was facing the wall of another building very close. It could be opened but it didn’t allow a proper airing. The noise of pigeons could be heard also at night, so keeping the window opened at night was not a solution. There is an air conditioner/heater in the room. We couldn’t switch to cooling so we turned it off for the night.
