This hotel is very well located, right in the city center — super convenient! The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. The room I had was spacious and very comfortable. One thing to note: there was direct facing from the windows, so it's not exactly the kind of room where you'd want to walk around in minimal clothing with the window open — if you know what I mean! That said, everything else was great: the room was very clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was just enough to get the day started. If I had to nitpick — and really, only to suggest improvements — a few more fruits at breakfast would be nice, and maybe an extra option or two for both the cold cuts and cheese, as well as the hot items on offer. Overall, the value for money is solid, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Lovely stylish hotel in a great location in Locarno. The staff were really friendly particularly Nicole Crabtree who was extraordinarily kind and helpful. We would definitely stay there again

Excellent location on Piazza Grande and still quiet (if the windows are facing the other side), nice room, very friendly and helpful reception lady, good restaurant in the same building with a discount for hotel guests
