We rate this stay from the perspective of a family of 2 + 3. We were in Loano in the first half of October. The flat is located right next to the centre, 200 metres to the walls of the old town. In the area within walking distance are all the necessary shops and services such as bakeries, grocery shops, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. You can park your car directly in front of the flat on the street, we had no problem finding a place to park but this may be due to the fact that we were out of season. You can enter the flat from the promenade at the level of the harbour (about 200 metres from the nearest beach) or from the other side from a small street next to the post office. On the promenady side there is a small courtyard where there is a table for four people and a place where you can hang things to dry off after the beach. The flat is equipped with all the necessities, starting with the kitchen in which there was a coffee machine with capsules, a dishwasher with tablets, a dish sponge, basic spices etc., ending with the bathroom with shampoo and shower gel. The flat has sliding blinds and there are mosquito nets in all the windows. There are two air-conditioning units, but we did not have to use them. Contact with the owner from the start was very efficient and quick via WhatsApp. You can speak in English or German. The owner was very friendly and helpful, including the fact that we wrote to her on our return home to confirm that we had arrived home safely! We wish we always had such contacts when travelling. In a word, everything you need for a successful holiday, We definitely recommend this place.
