Very straightforward check in and out process. Good AC in the room. Comfy bed. Good bus connection into Palma

Beautiful clean room with a lovely decor. Although I did not need to use it, it had a safe. I was only staying for 1 night, transiting via Palma airport. The hotel was very convenient and just a short taxi ride away. As my inbound flight was due to land at 22:30 I contacted the hotel regarding access, in case the flight was late. I did this because a previous reviewer had claimed he could neither access the property nor get a refund. My experience was totally different. The property was very helpful and I received very quick responses from the property who messaged codes and simple instructions how to access the property and room if the flight was delayed ( and it was delayed 2 hours!)

The staff is polite, everything in the room was very handy. Beds are comfy, the bathroom was clean. The area is quiet but has lost of transport opportunities. It only takes 25 mins to get to the centre even by bus.
