We arrived the day before our booking, which we had made at the last minute under pressure. Desk staff were very patient and helpful in sorting out the booking, which was a complex process, and settling us in. The hotel is convenient, clean, and well-run. We were happy to have chosen this hotel.

Absolutely loved how there's another door to the parking . Easier to go in and out of the suite. The breakfast was great and my children loved the double slides in the pool
