the staff were great..the landing and stairway was clean and fresh..the room was clean and beds were comfy. The room does need tlc but you can tell the new owners are in the process of upgrading..its close to the beach and bars cafes etc ,all in all a good place in the process of getting better

The location was right at the heart of the town, with very easy access to the tram or road to the Great orm. Loved the rustic feel of the place, gave it character.

Brilliantly central location hotel between the tram station, pier and main street. Everything is nearby. Staff (Dominic) was very polite and couldn't have done more to enhance our stay. New ownership & management really trying to turn things around for this once unloved & dated hotel

The room was very spaceous and comfortable. The man in reception was very friendly and helpful
