Safe Parking. Great location. Lovely staff and owners..sooo helpful,instantly accessible and friendly. Extra 'provisions ' on a help yourself basis,loo roll etc and wonderful idea having an 'honesty bar'. Although the weather didn't merit sitting outside on the patio,the garden space looked v inviting and a great facility to have for holidaymakers. All in all,a very comfortable hotel with a great atmosphere. We had a lovely break and would definitely stay again!!

A very warm welcome, easy to park, the room was clean and comfortable. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and plenty of it. The hotel is in a good position, only a few minutes walk to town, the sea front and the tram station.

The hosts Ian and Shelley were outstanding, very friendly, couldn't do enough for you as was Peter. The breakfasts were superb. Lovely and quiet atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
