Great location, comfortable beds, extremely clean, Simon is lovely host and nothings is too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and presented well. Will stay again when we visit Llandudno.

We liked everything!!! it was spotlessly clean we had a family room it was very comfortable lots of room and the breakfast was lovely the host simon and his son who served us at breakfast couldn't do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. We would defiantly stay here again great location too.

It was nice experience there and all staffs are friendly and lovely .Room was clean and neat .Good arrangements.Facilities available .Breakfast is tasty and delicious.short walk distance ti shops and beach .it was very comfortable .
