Paul and Julia are exceptional hosts. The breakfasts were great with as much as you wanted as it is buffet-style including full English breakfast and fruit/cereals/continental pastries. Rooms are very clean and well stocked with toiletries and tea/coffee. Paul couldn't do enough for us and is always cheerful and attentive which is why we stay at Bay Court whenever we visit Llandudno. Thanks to Paul, Julia and the staff.

The hotel was clean and was in very close proximity to the beach, shopping, bars and pier. Friendly staff who don't helicopter over you for every little thing. Loved that.

The location was great for us and our 95 year old Dad. The welcome was exceptional and the member of staff in charge, Chelcie, went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She was helpful, caring and very friendly. We had a lovely stay.
