Excellent communication with owners, number given if any assistance needed Lovely property home from home really Basic essentials included Beds extremely comfortable. Fab shower facilities Excellent location 5 minute walk to promenade and sea front..beach is lovely flat and sand not stoney lovely walk along the Front with activities to keep the children amused Bus stops again 5 Minutes away as are local takeaways, shops and public houses if required

The house was extremely clean and comfortable and the owners had thought of everything that would be needed. Contact with owners prior to arrival was good and they sent a lot of information and ideas for activities in local area. Neighbours were friendly. Location of the house is perfect close to promenade and independent shops and cafes etc. Rhos on Sea has a new sandy beach and promenade with lots for children ( and the not so young) to do. We loved it and we hope to stay again.
