It was reasonably priced, especially for the season, and comparing it to what else was available at the time. It also has a pretty lively pub underneath (noise was not a problem - it closes down at a reasonable hour) with good food and also some very good local brews.

It's further from the center but well accessible by public transport (around 25 minutes by bus). Spacious old school rooms. Shared fridge with one compartment per room is a plus.

It is very difficult to rate this place as there was no staff present at the place apart from the people working in the bar and drive through. There were no facilities in the room to make tea/coffee, and we arrived very late, so everything downstairs was closing down. The location was a bit further away but it wasn't much of the problem for us, we were happy to use public transport. I think this kind of place is ideal for people with cars/bikes and for one night only.
