Despite a bumpy start, the absolute commitment to customer service and hospitality from the Executive General Manager just won us over. It's the oldest hotel operating hotel in Livingstone and has a restaurant that serves all meals. The Breakfast service was par excellence and tue food was varied, hot and delicious! The evening staff tries to keep up but have some way to go. A noteworthy call out to Allan who did his best to rectify the niggles we faced during our stay and is an asset to the hotel. But once again the sheer investment in guest care shown by the EGM Subhashini is a gold standard for hospitality. She made our stay comfortable and memorable.

Centrally located in Livingstone. Got a free room upgrade to a Presidential Suite. Nice pool, friendly staff, restaurant on-site. Secure parking available.

Located in town. But town doesn't have much to offer. Staff were multiple, friendly and courteous. TV had an excellent selection of channels. I was given a free meal due to ongoing internet problems which was a generous gesture and much appreciated.
