I usually don't write reviews, but this time I was genuinely impressed with this chalet. We were warmly welcomed — Mr. Franz was extremely courteous and polite. He showed us everything and explained all the details. The room was cozy, equipped with all necessary amenities, spotlessly clean, and felt very homely. The internet was excellent — fast and stable. There was a very good ski locker (specifically designed for skis — with snowboards it was a bit trickier, as we barely managed to fit one adult snowboard, one child’s snowboard, and a pair of adult skis, leaving no space for more). However, this is hardly a significant downside. Upon arrival, we received a welcome treat from the hosts, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you to them for that. There are also three charming cats on the property — one of them decided to entertain us by bringing a half-alive mouse right to our doorstep and playing with it together with another cat. It was quite amusing to watch. The chalet also features excellent dryers for gloves and boots. The ski bus stop for access to Mottolino is within easy walking distance. We never figured out how to reach Carosello 3000 by ski bus, so we drove there by car instead. There is a nearby grocery store — although somewhat overpriced and with a limited selection, it is still possible to find something for dinner. If you are in good physical condition, you can walk to Carosello in about 15 minutes, as long as you are not wearing ski boots. It is clear that the owners prioritize comfort and cleanliness above all else. The property is always perfectly maintained, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Honestly, I cannot recall any other place that has impressed us so much with the quality of service. Overall, the apartment is truly first-class, and if we return, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Starting from Rosita who is a great host, always happy to help and recommend nice places. The stay itself was perfect. House is very clean, cost and there is everything what you need. We would definitely recommend to stay in Chalet Rosita :) thank you

Everything perfect, very clean, Internet was very good (could watch IPTV and etc), small supermarket maybe 50 meters away. But best was boots dryier - ever ever best that I saw in my trips. Ski bus stop in 100 meters
