Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Sam (host) very responsive and support was available remotely during check-in. Fantastic location for price and well located close to Rice Lane station which is staffed by very helpful railway personnel. Please note: this station is not suitable for people or equipment that cannot manage a considerable amount of stairs.

Sam's communication was thorough, and instructions easy to follow. Self checking easy. Comfy beds. Great location for the Grand National. Lots of choice for food around the area.
