All of the staff, except for one barman, were superb and incredibly personable. The hotel had a relaxed feel and really well located for the sights and eateries of Liverpool and close to the bus and railway stations to get anywhere in Merseyside

Clever design meant room had loads of features. Extremely comfy bed, room spotlessly clean, very quiet on a Wednesday night. Friendly staff. Good location in city centre.
