A beautiful, spacious room with an incredibly comfy bed. Very clean and modern bathroom. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Good breakfasts. A really lovely hotel in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. Incredible value for money.

Location is great, couldn't be better. Friendly and helpful, laid back hotel, modern decor, good breakfast offered at reduced rate if booked at check in so breakfast is a competitive rate. Very friendly and professional waiting staff for breakfast, nice light, clean, modern breakfast room. Good size TV at the end of the bed on the wall. Bathroom very pleasant lovely walk in, good size shower. Mini fridge to use in the room. Sheets and bedding good. I asked for a different kind of pillow which I was provided with no problems. Security safe in room. Large windows.
