The fine print
We will require the following prior to arrival Via our secure online Guest Registration minimum of 7 days before arrival.
* A valid personal email generic booking email cannot be accepted.
* A valid phone number including prefix code for all staying guests no phone number no access.
* An estimated time of arrival.
* A signed Group registration and £50 per person damage deposit prior to arrival no exceptions.
* A copy of ID from all parties attending the property is sent with the contract. Guest must be 21 and over unless it’s a family.
Please note security deposit requires £100 per person for those under 21.
No extra guests or visitors are allowed in the block
If our rules have been breached all guests will be removed without a refund
For guests staying more than 7 nights, Extra weekly or fortnightly cleaning fees are payable directly via invoicePlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We had trouble initially with getting in but the host Gary was amazing. He seen us on camera and came to help us straight away and sorted it all out for us. They also allowed us to extend our stay for an hour last minute with no issues at all. Very much recommend this apartment, very secure and safe & accommodating staff!! On our arrival there was also chocolates and sweets in the kitchen - a nice little touch.

The location is fantastic, so close to everything in the city! The apartment itself is stunning, so spacious and modern perfect for a group. The owners went above and beyond and sorted everything perfectly for us
