The staff were excellent. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air con worked well. Great location. The hotel is very close to Liverpool 1.

I was happy that plant-based milk, toast, vegan spread, and a choice of jams were available at breakfast. The staff I spoke to were all very helpful. My room was comfortable and I was happy with the toiletries provided because they smelled great.

Breakfast was adequate. Location good for getting to Liverpool one,the docks all attractions in easy walking distance but far enough away for a quiet stay.
