I have stayed at the hotel several times before. Those stays were work related but I’m now retired. I chose the hotel because of its close proximity to Lime Street Station and the city centre. The staff were extremely helpful in supplying information and getting taxis etc. They seem very well trained and friendly. The rooms I stayed in were spacious and generally comfortable. The weather was extremely hot and the water dispenser near to the main door is a nice touch although I presume they are now more common because people have their own water bottles.

Was in town for a concert, check in was a breeze thanks to Grace. Helpful tips about getting to Anfield. Fantastic location near the station, walking distance from Museums and excellent restaurants

Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in, even given a free upgrade room, to the moment we left three days later. The best hotel we have used in Liverpool. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely use it again on future visits to the city. Staff, facilities and location are first rate.

The hotel was based close to the train station and town centre and everything was in easy walking distance. The room was big and the beds were spacious and comfortable and the room was very clean when we arrived.
