Maria was very helpful and had the answers for all of our questions. We loved our balcony with the fantastic view to the sea and to Livadia. The room was also nice, we would recommend it. And we might come back again :-)

Beautiful location with lovely views. Pretty breakfast area with good choice of food. Maria is friendly and helpful. She both collected and returned us to the port. Good level walk to the beach and town. The area is peaceful and very restful, yet within easy reach of all the amenities. This was our second stay at the Antoniadi rooms and we will definitely return.

Perfect view, wonderful host, delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, strategic location. Who gave less than 10 to this property just didn’t deserve it. We will be back 100%. Thank you Maria!

Wonderful location in Lavadia, it is simply unique. The beach for the morning dive is just in front of the building. The water is nice and clear. Maria the owner is very, very kind and helpful. We will definitely return 😊. Thanks for everything! 🙏
