Spotlessly clean room, the heating was turned on (on low) before we arrived, strong hot shower, and comfy hard (with soft to the touch) bed. The room is quiet even though a restaurant is downstairs (we had room 7). Breakfast (paid extra) was at Hotel Aplaus - it was really good with a very nice atmosphere (and really nice scrambled eggs!) and sweet pastries too. Secure and locked outside door and gate. Great location! As many others mentioned, check-in (and breakfast) is at Hotel Aplaus, there is a small line of info in the reminder email, but I agree with others, that info can be communicated more clearly. Very friendly staff.
