It’s large but had a boutique hotel feel - liked the little coffee shop at the back of the hotel.

We booked this hotel at the last minute when our flight was cancelled due to the power outage across the city. Despite the evident challenges, the staff were unbelievably patient and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure all guests were being looked after at such a stressful time.

Great location, lovely rooms. The beds are very comfortable! We were out in a room right opposite the elevators and on the front so it was very noisy. We used the parking but the person at check in didn’t give us all the information. We weren’t told anything about breakfast at check in or anything about the hotel.
