This is a beautifully decorated hotel that is part of the train station - beautiful features. I really loved the building and the sympathetic way it has been restored and decorated- beautiful.

Breakfast great, evening meal top class, staff very friendly and helpful. A little surprised that surrounding streets were in an older part of the city. However, exploring back streets led us to interesting dining options and gave us a feel for history. Tile museum is worth a visit and in walking distance. Traveled from Porto. Station is virtually under the bedrooms (well soundproofed).
