The apartment and location is perfect for families who benefit from a quieter area but still having a big choice of restaurants within walking distance. It also is well served by public transport having a tram / bus stop 1 minute walk away and also metro station close by.

The location is very good. You have access to many bars and restaurants walk distance. The apartment has a very good size and everything works well. The owner is in contact all the time for anything.

The appartment contained all necessary equipment and supplementary stuff, we didn't have to buy anything extra for kitchen and bathroom. The fans are in each rooms and they are very quiet. The air conditioner is in the kitchen. TV has a lot of channels. The location is great, just near the center.
