The staff was nice. The location was great, very close to the metro, though one could get to the city center on foot as well (30 min walk). The shop and the bakery are nearby and the neighbourhood was really nice.

The location is really good, just a few meters from Arroios metro station, with restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room is small, but it was enough for me and had everything I needed.

The staff were very nice, it’s very close to a metro and bus stop, and different shopping stores (groceries, fruits, restaurants, banks). I had a problem and I couldn’t leave on time so they allowed us to stay one more night even though we were close to the high season! Also I read about the noise but I heard nothing during our stay.

At first I wasn't sure about the neighborhood but after a day I realized that the area was quite lively and safe. It's easy to get everywhere because there's a metro station nearby. Also our room was cleaned every day. They're really good at cleaning.
