The room was spacious and well appointed. Very well located and quiet especially given it is located in a lively neighbourhood. Loved the little local bar downstairs which added to the atmosphere.

It was well located, close the everything. The staff were amazing and our room was exceptional. The whole hotel is exceptional. It’s right in the middle of a lively and fun neighbourhood but it goes quiet at around 11pm - we slept like babies for the whole trip.

Located right in the centre of Lisbon. Easy access to all transport. Because it was flat, very easy to walk around. I think we had an upgraded room as we had 2 bathrooms. Everything was in great condition, comfortable bed. One of the best properties we have stayed in. The thing that really made our stay was the restaurant located in the hotel. Very few people use it but the food was excellent. Big thank you to the chef. We prefer eating inside rather than outside. Cleaner, quieter, and no smoking. Limited menu but excellent food, perfect service, and not expensive. I would recommend guests have at least one meal there

Super location, castle view, restaurants, bakery and theatre just up the street. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, nothing was too much bother. Right in the middle of Lisbon, but relatively quiet location.
