one of the best things about this place- and there are many things, like the room size, the cleanliness, the air conditioner [!!], the natural light!, and even the beds, which are more comfortable than I thought at first- is the STAFF. I was blessed to have the young lady which I hope to say her name right, called Letícia, as the one checking me in and she was a DREAM. very courteous, very helpful, so nice and cheerful and full of helpful tips. But every other staff member was just as nice. These things make all the difference.

Hidden gem in quiet part of busy area. Waking up in the middle of old-town Lissabon overlooking the small garden, having a splendid breakfast, and stroll a few streets down the block to meet the crowd in Biarro Alto. Friendly staff. Top plance!
