The hotel was awesome!Very clean room and public areas with very kind staff willing to help you. Also, the room was constantly cleaned after we left. Finally, keep in mind that it is located in a very convenient location just 5 minutes from the metro station. It is highly recommended and we will definitely prefer it on any of our future visit in Lisbon!

This is my second time staying at My Charm Lisbon because of the service, cleanliness, location, and price. I recommend this place to enjoy the city because everything is nearby.

The staff greeting us was super nice. One of us got there early and the staff was very nice and welcoming while she waited for me. Check-in was fast and easy. Location is good, near a metro station. There was AC in the room which we weren't expecting so that was a plus.
