Honestly, I don’t understand where these above average reviews are coming from. For breakfast, there were leftover bread rolls from the day before and old fruit – I’d rather skip breakfast altogether. The breakfast was super basic and wasn’t restocked regularly either. The beds were comfy and clean, but the dorm was really cramped with hardly any storage space. The window is open around the clock because it gets very hot in the room and there’s no air conditioning. Problem is, that you can clearly hear the noise from the busy street outside. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and there was often no toilet paper or soap. The hostel had a really mixed crowd of all kinds of people and ages, but it felt pretty anonymous. Lots of people were just passing through for a night, so there were constant bed changes at day and night, so the room was never really quiet. For the price, it’s just not worth it. Better to stay somewhere else.

The staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was delightful. The bed was comfortable with a curtain.
