The hotel is in a great location, the staff were very kind, and the rooms were clean and smelled lovely :-) If we return to Lisbon in the future, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

In a great location, close to all facilities. Comfortable beds, great sized room, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would be more than happy to stay there again.

From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located—but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Whether it was the front desk, the breakfast team, or housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their kindness felt authentic, and they were always ready with a smile, a helpful recommendation, or simply a friendly conversation that made the day brighter. I would return to Hotel Carmo in a heartbeat—not just for the lovely rooms or the excellent location, but because the people there make it feel like more than just a hotel. Location is perfect - right in the heart of Lisbon. Easy to access & close to main tour pick ups. The room was a great size and super clean/comfortable. Near lots of food options and has its own restaurant attached to the hotel. It has a lift and 24hr reception. Would stay here again!
