I looked at some of the other reviews which seemed a bit tough. This is a 2 star property according to Portuguese categorisation. Considering that , it is really vey good. Rooms are basic, clean, decent bed, decent shower, hair dryer and tv fixed to walls, 5 coat hangers and two paper cups. :). If you want more then probably not ibis. But it was minimal very clean and not unattractive. Good location unless you have challenge with walking on hills. In which case uber in Lisbon is very good. Staff at hotel were really very nice too. Someone was playing guitar in reception one night which was fun.

Room was pristine, clean and spacious. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Pretty central, right by Avenida da Liberdade. Underground parking was perfect too.

The breakfast was good, a good variety to choose from and the fresh orange juice is a bonus. The coffee is not fantastic and the scrambled eggs have a weird texture, taste great, texture funny.
