The staff was absolutely amazing! Super caring. I traveled with my 3yo and they were super attentive. He was tired during breakfast and the lady on the reception saw it and brought a pen and a paper to distract him. Highly recommend based on the staff friendless. From the front office to the kitchen staff and housekeepers. Comparing with hotels in higher tiers. The staff is the reason why I will go back.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly. Location is excellent in a peaceful neighbourhood near the Saldanha metro station.

Room size, quiet, airco worked well. Breakfast (except for coffee, but that's a problem in 95% of places in PT).
