Very good Location short walk to Marques Dé Pombal. Stayed in a twin room with a balcony with a fabulous panoramic view of Lisbon. Room was very conformable and quiet. The breakfast was very good The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly. This is my second time staying here and it's a very safe place to stay as its in a good area of the city

Loved this hotel I booked the junior suite which has a balcony on the 8th floor the view was amazing. The room was so clean and the bed conformable and the pillows were just so soft best pillows in any hotel I have ever stayed. The TV also has English speaking channels which is good. Breakfast is very good and food is fresh. Staff at the hotel are so helpful and friendly. I stayed here as a lady on my own and felt very safe the police station is next-door. I will definitely stay here again

Location wise I think it was well placed. Travel to most parts of the city are 20-25 mins at max. You have train and bus options in a 500 m radius. The hotel is fairly good on value of money. The room is quite tiny, but sufficiently furnished. A single bed, open wardrobe, night side table, a slightly larger desk with sitting stool, a TV and of course attached bathroom. No balcony, just a single window. I had breakfast included in my stay and the breakfast was surprisingly sufficient with a small selection of breads, cold cuts, eggs, cereal and fruits. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The room was sizeable and the bathroom was clearly new and was really nice. Lovely shower. There was a desk in the room which was useful. The black out blinds were quite good. Breakfast was alright. I appreciated that there was some warm food but the quality was not great. The one receptionist was friendly but that was it. The location is quite good. It is up the hill but this is quite nice and you don't get sweaty leaving the hotel and rather on the way back, but then you can shower :D Quiet neighbourhood, yet close to take aways (excellent sushi place less than 5mins), restaurants (can advise the Ramen place around the block), and grocery stores. Close to a very nice park.
