Perfect location! Close to the main tourist attractions, metro and train stations, and surrounded by several restaurants and supermarkets. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent value for money. When I return to Lisbon, I will stay at this accommodation.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The linen on the bed was very nice cotton. The cleaner did a nice job in the room. The staff helped me take my bags upstairs. And they also printed out my boarding pass although it meant they had to go out of their way outside the premises. I really appreciated that. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt very safe there. The location was amazing right bang in the thick of it in the old town.

The place has amazing location, access to metro, nice streets, shopping, tour departures, touristy area. It was very clean and can't thank the cleaning staff enough for always keeping it so clean. Daily cleaning. Very friendly staff.
