Lovely spacious room, a separate dressing room and large bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good windows kept noise from streets to a minimum. Great location to explore old areas of the city.

Amazing staff! I ran into some travel issues, and they were beyond helpful and supportive. The rooms and breakfast were lovely as well. The location was perfect.

The staff were amazing, very attentive and kind. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and the breakfast room was lovely. The room was really nice, quiet and comfortable, bed and pillows perfect. The location in Chiado was perfect, eateries at your doorstep, and everything to see is easily walkable. We survived the walk back up the hilly bits 😄
