Please note:
- To check-in, at least one guest must have a minimum of 18 years' old.
- Children under 16 years of age are allowed in the hotel spa under adults' supervision and have access to a restricted number of treatments.
- Access to the Spa Water Therapy circuit area has an extra cost of EUR 58 per person/ for 2 hours.
- When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 50 per pet, per night applies. Maximum weight of each pet is 10 kg.
- For in-room breakfast a surcharge is applicable.
- Complimentary shuttle to the historic centre approximately every hour.
- A guarantee of EUR 100 per night, will be made on the Credit Card at check-in, for incidentals. Good location just outside the city centre but easily accessible via taxi and the complimentary shuttle bus the hotel provide all day. Located on the right side for access to the zoo and the football stadiums. The hotel itself was very clean and fresh, an absolute joy to stay in. Very comfortable.

Great Staff (Zero Language Barrier) Very Comfortable Hotel, Does Room Service Multiple Times a day. Right Outside a Metro Station (Great Access to the City). Right outside a Train Station (Great Access to Sintra).

The staff and facilities were amazing always on hand to help and the little extras they do for you were amazing such a the complimentary private bus to the centre and the fact you come back after a day of sight seeing to your room being made up ready for bed

The room and attention paid to the guest. It was nice having turn-down service. There are also several dining options.
