20€ for arrival between 09pm and 11pm, and 30€ between 11pm and 01am;- ATTENTION: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment;- We kindly ask you to respect neighbors by reducing noise levels. Special care between 22h00 and 08h00;- This is a residential building. No pets, parties or events are allowed;- IMPORTANT: Trash can be put in the parking lot of our building where you will find several waste rooms;- Upon departing, don’t forget to leave the keys on the table and please turn off all electric devices.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Location was great Apartment had everything needed and service was exceptional We were welcomed on arrival and shown everything and even given a nice welcome gift. The hairdryer broke while we were there and it was replaced with a new one the next morning
