A good interesting room in a great, central location. Just what we wanted. You would have thought that being located in the heart of Barrio Alto it would be noisy inside the room, but none of it. It was wonderfully quiet.

Room was very nice , I believe the rooms have been recently renovated . Larger bedroom and bathroom than usual in Europe, I would say. Check in went smooth we had all the information before we arrived. No elevator, but if you need an elevator in Lisbon maybe your in the wrong city. Location is perfect walking distance to everything. It gets noisy in the evening lots of bars and cafes restaurants everywhere. With the windows open you hear what's going on, close the windows silence. I would highly recommend this accommodation. The room has a mini fridge I don't think that is in the room description. Extra points. It said on booking .com uber doesn't go to the hotel you need a taxi. We took an Uber from the airport was about 15 euros to the main square near the hotel. Was a five min walk. We were picked up same spot for our drive back to the airport. It's about a 45 min drive ,plan for that when leaving.

The location was amazing, we were within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, transportation and grocery stores as well. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very lovely— we visited for our anniversary and I had asked if at all possible for flowers to be left on the bed, but wasn’t expecting this to happen! Thank you for such a kind gesture, my fiancée loved them. We loved that the windows had wooden shutters on them, so even the noise from surrounding bars couldn’t keep us awake with how dark the room became at night— perfect!
