The accommodation was overall very pleasant. The location is excellent – everything important is close by, yet the area is quiet and away from the main hustle and bustle. Communication with the host was smooth; he was very helpful and flexible, which we truly appreciated – especially the possibility of a late check-out.

The location in Alfama was great! It's 'cosy' but I had everything I needed for a short stay. It was spotlessly clean and good water pressure in the shower. Lots of great places to eat close by and a lively atmosphere in the street outside. I was in email touch with my host, Suzana, long before I got there and she was always extremely helpful. I would also like to say a special thank you to Pedro, who was ready to respond to any query or call for help. He is always friendly and enthusiastic, making you feel right at home.

Great small apartment in a good location in Alfama near the train station and metro but in walking distance for a lot of sites. Apartment had all we needed in kitchen etc. Host very responsive.

Great spot. Very clean. Cozy bed. Amenities (hair dryer, oven, fridge). For the right price it is a good stay in Alfama.
