Location could not be better, right in the centre and short walk to the coastline and at sea level, so not hiking up one of the 7 hills in Lisbon. 3 min walk from Rossio station so easy transfer from airport.

I had a great stay at this property in Lisbon. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from the Santa Justa Lift and incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Despite being in the heart of the city, the double-glazed windows ensure complete silence once the door is closed – it feels like a peaceful retreat. The apartment is well-equipped with a washer-dryer, and even laundry pods were provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The 24/7 customer service was also very responsive and helpful.

Excellent location near to the Santa Justa lift in the heart of Lisbon. Very user-friendly accommodation - access codes to enter the building and the room, so no need to worry about keys. The rooms were clean, modern and well-equipped. The staff were responsive to queries via WhatsApp message. Overall, it was an excellent option for Lisbon - very comfortable place to retreat to after a busy day exploring the city. The only criticisms were (1) the air con didn’t seem to work properly and seemed to switch itself off, although the staff did try to fix it, (2) the WiFi was very slow and temperamental, so don’t plan on any Netflix streaming. Our property didn’t have a balcony: in hindsight that would’ve been great to chill out in the sunshine! But overall we were very happy with our stay - it was spacious accommodation in the centre of a capital city, with loads of fun things to do!
