Nicely located, the room was really spacious. The car park is a + if you have a car or rent one. In a calm and peaceful area.

I enjoyed my stay at Altis Prime so much. The room is spacious and the location is in between Principe Real and Avenida da Liberdade which are walking distance to the main attractions. There are cafes and restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like going to the main city.

We got upgraded to a family suite, which was spacious and immaculately clean. All facilities were great except in the room. It is situated on the outskirts of the city centre so except a 10-20 minute walk into the busy parts of the city and an uphill walk on the way back. Breakfast is expensive; much better and cheaper to eat at the local cafes. The staff were great.

The location cannot be any better!!! They re also super attentive to the kids, my little one had a blast when was asked to check in for herself. They also delivered goodies for her to the room.
