The fine print
• Guests are responsible for keeping the room in good hygiene conditions during their stay as well as for keeping the common areas (kitchen and bathrooms) in condition after their use.
• For stays longer than 10 nights, a weekly cleaning and change of sheets/towels is carried out.
• Additional cleaning and/or changes of sheets and/or towels are subject to validation and if it is possible any of these extra interventions will have a unit cost of €40 paid at the moment.
• Check-in time is from 15h00 until 22h00 and it is mandatory to define the arrival time with antecedence as we do not have a reception service.
• We do not have luggage storage service or place.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Lovely guesthouse in a nice area, right across from the metro to the old town. I especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms, kitchen,and washing machine!

Everything was great. The host was kind, the bedroom was big, clean and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped, you could find everything you need and we had two toilets, also well equipped and clean. Metro is near (around few minutes to go) and it has a good connection with other transport. P. S. We got little welcoming gift. We were so happy with traditional cookes from Sintra! Thank you 😀
