The location and the service of the accommodation was amazing. I really enjoyed it. Especially the concierge Mr. Pedro and the housekeeping did a great job. They all were very kind and helpful.

This property is simply superb. It was perfect for our short stay in Lisbon, being conveniently located in the centre of the Alfama district. The apartment was beautifully appointed with all of the facilities we needed and many nice touches, including welcoming goodies, daily room service and an umbrella which appeared by our front door on the one day that it rained! Rui could not have been more helpful and was always on hand to assist with any requests we had. He made some excellent suggestions for places to eat and drink which got our holiday started as soon as we arrived.

This is a wonderful place, 10/10 cum laude. Great location, the flat is cozy and romantic, and you can even see the river from the little terrace. Rui Pedro is an exceptional host – warm, responsive, and extremely helpful. He assisted us with everything, from arrival logistics and keys to taxis, cleaning, beach gear, and tips about Lisbon. He handled it all promptly and with incredible kindness. He’s probably the greatest asset of this property, as he introduces a human touch to the beauty of the flat and location, and we look forward to seeing him again when we return to this fantastic flat.

Really lovely and clean studio right in the heart of the old city. The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful if they tried! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
