We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Linz! The place was not only beautiful and spotless but also filled with thoughtful little details that made our time there incredibly cozy and comfortable. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making their guests feel at home. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

Such a lovely, well kept apartment. Lots of space. Lovely welcome letter and sweets on the kitchen table. Excellent communication via mail, super fast and friendly replies.

Very spacious (initially didn’t quite believe the information on booking.com about the number of bedrooms - but it was true). Very clean and exceptionally well equipped. Some lovely touches for children - table football and play kitchen. Designated parking spot. Close to Linz, and shops within walking distance. Good communication with the owner about access to property (unfortunately I missed the email in English that explained in detail about parking and how to gain access and with detailed instructions and pictures to match - very impressive)

Though we never personally met our host, we received a warm welcome. Everything was discussed in advance and prepared accordingly. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The place is indeed 15 minutes away from the city centre.
